 Mr. Flood is Managing Director, Investment Banking, for Haywood Securities (UK) Ltd., a subsidiary of one of Canada's leading independent investment dealers. He served as Deputy Chairman of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. (1999-2007), assisting in developing Ivanhoe's growth and its establishment as a significant presence in Asia's mineral exploration and mining sectors. Mr. Flood was Ivanhoe's President from 1995 to 1999. Prior to joining Ivanhoe, from 1993 to 1995, Mr. Flood was a principal at Robertson Stephens & Co., a U.S. Investment bank. From 1983 to 1993, he served as Manager, Project Evaluation for NERCO Minerals Company. He has also held the position of senior mining analyst with Haywood Securities Inc. from 1999 to 2001. He is currently the Chairman of Western Uranium Corporation, a Director of Asia Gold, and a Director of Jinshan Gold Mines Inc. Mr. Flood has a Masters of Science (Geology) from the University of Montana and a BSc (Geology) from the University of Nevada.

| | | Pierre Lassonde
 Mr. Lassonde is currently the Chairman of the newly created Franco-Nevada Corporation, a TSX listed resource sector royalty and investment company. He was, until 2007, a Vice Chairman of Newmont Mining Corp and had been a Director of Newmont from 2002 to 2007. He was President of Newmont Mining Corp. from 2002 until 2006. Mr. Lassonde was Co-Chief Executive Officer of Franco-Nevada Mining Corporation Limited from 1999 to 2002 and its President from 1982 until 1999. He was also President and CEO of Euro-Nevada Mining Corporation Limited from 1985 to 1999 and a Director of Normandy Mining Limited from 2001 to 2002. He is also the current Chairman of the World Gold Council, a position he has held since April 2005. Mr. Lassonde has an MBA from the University of Utah and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnique University in Montreal. He holds honorary PhD's from the University of Utah and the University of Toronto.

 Mr. Thompson is currently a Director, member of the Executive Committee, Audit Committee, Governance and Nominating Committee, Environment, Health and Safety Committee and Reserves Committee of Teck-Cominco Ltd. He has been a Director of Frontera Copper Corporation since 2002. Mr. Thompson was Chairman of the Board of Gold Fields Limited from 1998 through November 2005 and CEO from 1998 through November 2002. He served as Chairman of the World Gold Council from April 2002 until April 2005.
